Each uPVC door panel is manufactured by vacuum forming and pressure bonding two PVCU skins to a variety of core materials. The high technology bonding technique ensures the integrity of the adhesion for both heat and moisture.

Replacement uPVC door panels are available as a solid panel, or with plain or decorative glazing designs. The Panels are also available in various wood grains and a choice of whites to match most door frame profiles.
